We are flexible on this issue and offer several ways to solve the problem. The amount will be added to your next withdrawal if you send bitcoin to the same address, or if you are in possession of several transaction codes with such an unpaid "tip".

We will add them up and add them to one code allowing you to withdraw cash at Rothbard.eu Bitomat. It is also possible to make a refund, but amounts under CHF 10 are only refunded for DASH cryptocurrency, because for other cryptos we handle, such an amount would not even be enough to pay the miners' fee. That's why we strongly recommend adding it to your next code and withdrawing it on your next transaction.

It is also possible to select "QR for a specific withdrawal in CHF". Please enter the value in CHF for the withdrawal and generate a QR. The fee is not deducted by Rothbard.eu.

If you have sold and the double spend option in e-wallet is available to you, we encourage you to use this option to expedite the transaction, in which case our system will first automatically block the transaction.
